Our client for this Salesforce CRM project is a Korean client at Healthcare industry, whose company is the largest medical device manufacturing one in this region.
Our client desired to integrate an Open Source CRM Software into their operation, which assisted them in evaluating their suppliers.
With the experience of implementing CRM platform to different organizations, SotaTek team kicked off with Salesforce consulting to fully understand clients' needs. A lot of daily meetings and discussions were held. Finally, we agreed on a mutual idea and started the development phases.
